NEW MEDICAL INSURANCE SCHEME – OBTAINING YOUR E-CARDS FROM ONLINE

Dear Comrades,

New Medical Insurance Policy for retirees had commenced with effect from 1st December 2015 for those retirees whose premium had been

paid by the Bank to United India Insurance Company. The third party administrator, MDindia Health Services Ltd, is in the process of sending

individual id cards to the retirees to their given address. It may take about two to three months. Till then, members can download the e-card

from their website ” mdindiaonline.com ” and take a copy of their e-card.  We give below the procedure to go through the website:

1. Go to website “mdindiaonline.com”
2. Click “My account” on the home page
3. Click “Corporate employee”
4. Under that, click “IBA-IOB retired employees”
5. Click on the ” new user ” for registration
6. Type your roll number as your user id
7. Policy number will be given by default
8. MDindia id will be given by the system after few seconds
9. Type your email id to be registered
10. create password of your own
11. confirm your password
12. Log out.
13. You may again login after few minutes and follow the procedure upto No.4
14. For login, type your roll number and with password created by you
15. You will be directed to e-card account of both you and your spouse
16. Against your name, towards left most corner click on the “e-card”
17. You get your e-card
18. Verify and download the card into your computer or take a printout.
19. Download e-card for your spouse also
20. You may also register your mail id and mobile number in that e-card account.

For those who are not able to download the e-cards, you need not worry since the id cards will be sent to you by MDIndia within 3 months.

In case of emergency, members can submit the claim form with your roll number clearly written and send to PAD Welfare Section, Central Office.  Department will take care of getting your id card number.
