NEW MEDICAL INSURANCE SCHEME – EXTENSION OF RENEWAL/FRESH OPTION

Dear Comrades,

Bank alongwith United India Insurance Company has extended the last date of payment of insurance  premium to 24th November, 2017 , of course with the few conditions, like

1. The period of coverage will be from 1.12.2017 upto 31.10.2017
2. Full premium shall be payable as paid by others.

We attach herewith the relevant circular No. 7f 84 dated 02.11.2017 issued by our Bank for your reference.

Those who have failed to opt /renew on time earlier, may use this opportunity to renew / opt afresh for the insurance coverage  and pay the premium on or before 24.11.2017.

Please convey the information to your friends who have missed the opportunity earlier.
