Please find attached the detailed circular issued by our General Secretary on the Hon’ble Supreme Court Judgement on 100% DA Neutralization for pre-November 2002 retirees.

As suggested by our General Secretary, let us widely debate and discuss this issue in all media and through all legal punditry and intellectuals including parliamentarians, so that the Hon’ble Supreme Court would recall and revise the Judgement, which was patently based on wrong arithmetic. Let UFBU also put their weight behind these efforts.
