IBA MEDICAL INSURANCE SCHEME – 2023-24

Comrades,

IBA Medical Insurance Scheme for Bank retirees for the period from 1.11.2023 to 31.10.2024 has been finalised and issued by IBA. Relevant circular in this regard issued by our Bank under Ref : 7F Cir. No.69 of 2023-24, Dated 17-10-2023 and other relevant details are attached hereunder for your reference.

From the Circular, you would notice that taking only the Basic Policy of Rs.2 lakhs will not benefit us since the Room rent charges will be less than Rs.5000 and also there are lots of limitations/Caps on the expenses to be done by us in the Hospital. Hence, it is beneficial to us if we take top-up policy also alongwith the Base Policy of Rs.2 lakhs.

Last date for renewal option is 26.10.2023.
