RENEWAL OF MEDICAL INSURANCE – EXTENSION OF LAST DATE OF PAYMENT

Dear Comrades,

Please note that the last date of payment of premium has been extended upto 31st of October 2017.

Those insured members who could not renew the policy on or before 27.10.2017 earlier can now use this opportunity and make the payment of renewal premium on or before 31st October 2017, by making proper option as required by them.

Those who have not joined the insurance scheme last two years, can also opt now as a fresh optee with non-domiciliary cover + super top-up policy and make payment of premium on or before 31st October 2017.

It is also observed that few members have not opted for super top-up policy thinking that the super top-up was only for Rs.1 lac instead of  Rs.5 lacs for officers and Rs.4 lacs for award staff.  Now that the clarification circular had been issued by the Bank, they are given one more opportunity to opt separately for the super top-up policy alone apart from the earlier payment made by them.  Separate link has been provided for payment of this super top-up policy.  We advise these members to utilise this opportunity to make payment towards the super top-up policy also.
