EXTENSION OF TIME – PRO RATA INSURANCE PREMIUM

Comrades,

Members who have omitted to remit the pro rata premium can send a email to padwelfare@iob.in their details before 2pm tomorrow.

Required details are :
Name of the staff
Name of spouse
Age for both
Dob for both
Domiciliary or non domiciliary.
Account number (15 digits) to be debited.

Members should not debit.
Co pad welfare will debit their account based on the information given in their mail.

Pls make use of this extension till 26.09.2018 – 2 p.m. !
