CBPRO CIRCULAR ON PENDING ISSUES OF RETIREES

Dear Comrades,

With the success of Court judgments in retirees’ favour on certain issues like notional service of 5 years to Specialist officers, second option to compulsory retirees and refixation of Basic pension after removing anomaly at 1684 DA points to those who retired between 1.4.1998 and 31.10.2002, CBPRO has started effectively following up with Ministry of Finance for early solution for the remaining pending issues of retirees.
