PENSION OPTION TO RESIGNEES !

Dear Comrades,

Bank has extended an option of Pension to resignees who had served 20 years of qualifying service in the Bank but had to resign since they had not opted to Pension earlier. The relevant circular No.7(F) circular No.36 of 2024-25 dated 07.06.2024 issued by HRMD-Pension Cell is attached hereunder for your reference.

These Resignees have to fulfill all the following terms for exercising the option of Pension under the Bank Employees Pension Regulations, 1995.

a) Who were in service of the Bank on or after 1.1.1986,

b) Who had joined the Bank before 1.4.2010,

c) Who had resigned from the Bank Service on or before 26.04.2010,

d) Who had completed 20 years of Qualifying Service at the time of resignation,

e) Who agrees to pay Bank’s Contribution to Provident Fund (alongwith accumulated interest thereon) received at the time of resignation.

LAST DATE FOR EXERCISING THE OPTION OF PENSION IS 4.9.2024.

Our Arise members may try to reach out these resignees, if you know them and their addresses, because we/bank have lost the track of few resignees after settlement.
