PRO-RATA PREMIUM FOR POLICY PERIOD FROM 1.10.2024 TO 31.10.2024 !

Comrades,

As you are aware that the Policy period for existing staff of a Bank covers them from 1st of October to 30th September of next year. As such, the policy period for the existing Policy ends by 30th September, 2024 and those who had retired from October 2023 to September 2024 were covered under the existing policy ending with 30th September 2024. Hence, now they are supposed to take up a policy for one month (that is October 2024) since the policy for Retirees commence only from 1.11.2024.

Our Bank has issued a circular in this regard and the last date for exercising the option for payment of pro-rata premium is 24th September 2024. The relevant circular is attached hereunder.

We advise the above-said retirees to take this pro-rata policy to have a continuation.
